Gabe never scratched, unless I pet him in a certain spot. The two new boys scratch every once in a while, just for a moment. Is that okay? They don't do it often and it doesn't affect their behavior. Should I take them to the vet?

Small amounts of itching are fine. If you think about it, you probably scratch yourself a few times a day but it doesn't mean anything.
Have a look through their fur and see if there's any debris or of the skin seems flaky or red in any parts. If their skin is okay then it's probably just normal.
