The length of a grown-up guinea-pig is usually round 20 cm. The weight of a female may vary from 600 - 1200 gr, of a male from 800 - 1800 gr. The animals are rather stocky and have short legs. Their heads are rather big with small hairless ears and dark eyes. As rodents they possess two sharp incisors and eight molars. Guinea-pigs have an extremly good nose and very good ears. If they also see well has not yet been researched. But that much is sure: in comparison to ears and nose their eyes are rather bad. Gpigs' body temperature is higher than humans' and they also breathe much faster (120 times/min.). www.meerschweinchen.ch/en/overview.htm

Pigs actually have 20 teeth in total (16 molars and 4 incisors) but the 8 molars in the description may have been for just the one jaw.
Also, pigs can see in colour but they are very short sighted, which makes it very difficult for them to judge distances.
