Well today is the day Lily-Belle should be having her pups  *bit worried* Hopefully she wont go too much over her due date I don't want her to have any problems. Fingers crossed it will happen sometime tonight or tomorrow |

Good luck! How far is she dilated? If she is 2 finger widths it should be very soon!

Good luck! How far is she dilated? If she is 2 finger widths it should be very soon! Feels about 1 finger actually so maybe it will be a little longer, what do you think  |

If she's only one finger dilated then she probably won't deliver for another 5-7 days. The breeder you got her from may have got the dates wrong, which would mean she's due in early October instead of today. Or of course she may simply be overdue!

Still no sign but she is still lively and alert so I am not worrying, Tilly was 5 days over due by my dates and she had 5 gorgous pups  |

Good luck Dawn, and especially good luck to your sow. I love the way cavies are born so advanced and are eating and walking around within a few hours of being born. I love seeing newborn cavy photos, so be sure to post them up on here if you can..

Maybe you should call the breeder and ask exactly when she seperated them. Her calculations may have been off. As long as she seems fine she's probably ok. Just keep an eye on her.

No sign STILL she will be a week late on Monday, the breeder says that her sister was due the same day and she still hasn't had hers yet so not to worry She is just cooking them a bit longer I guess  She is looking well still and getting about and eating well, lets hope tomorrow will be the day |
