Yes a few days ago we had a litter of 6 babies, unfortunately one was born dead and another a very small boar (Casper) only 43g died yesterday. The other 4 seem to be doing ok so far but they are very small and a bit wobbly on their legs so fingers crossed for them. Mum is looking after them very well so lets hope they pull through. There are 2 crested and 2 uncrested, dad is a Himi so maybe we might have some crested himis. Anyway I don't mind if they are himi's or PEW's as long as they stay healthy and grow big and strong. They're adorable, Dawn. Everything is crossed that everything goes well.
(but just in case, if they're a little wobbly, maybe you could make double and triple sure they get fruits/veggies with bunches of vitamin C and offer them some formula every once in a while?)

Yes I have given them a saucer with some bread soaked on actimel. I have heard they love that and it gives them good bacteria too. I hope they will be ok they look a bit steadier tonight so lets hope they will be ok.

Just saw this thread this morning, Dawn. I remeber you telling me about these babies the other day.
They are lovely !! So sorry about the litlte ones who died. I'm holding thumbs, and praying so hard, that the others grow big and strong.

No sadly two more died over night and the last two don't look so good either they were so small. I hope I have soe good news to tell you tomorrow if they make it through the night it will be great but I am not sure they will sadly  Dawn |
