Images are good to help show what the problem is.
Other things you could mention in your post:
How old is your piggy? How long have you had your piggy? What sex is your piggy? How long has your piggy had this problem? Have you change anything in their diet e.g. food, veggie etc; Has anything in their environment changed e.g. bedding, hay etc; Is you piggy eating and drinking normally? Is you piggy pooping an peeing normally? Does your piggy appear to be in pain? Has you piggy lost any weight? Do they look, smell differently then normal?
All these will help in trying to ascertain what is wrong with your piggy and then we can better recommend or suggest what you could try or do next.
