It could be cataracts.
I have a guinea pig who's eye turned all cloudy and it turned out to be a cataract.

Is there any hair turning inwards and rubbing on the eye? It could be an ulcer, caused by something rubbing on it. If it's in both eyes then it may be cataracts, and she will need to see a vet.

its proberly too late to say now but it also pays to check eyes for grass/hay seeds. One of my baby guineapigs had a hidden one in his eye and within 24hrs his eye was cloudy. eventually we found the seed but it had to be taken out by the vet and then a $3 cream had to be applied twice a day and soon this fixed him but often this can end up in blindness so it pays to shake out your hay/straw throughly before putting into their hutch.

yes I have had this before where a grass seed has got in the eye and caused irritation, sometimes it's hard to see unless you hold the eye open a look very closely so it's worth checking.

You can go into the chemist and et Golden eye or Brolene Eye drops - used 3 times a day to clear the cloudiness and any irritants as well.
My rescue sow Beauty had it and it was so bad I thought she would lose the eye. But she is fine now 10 days later after I had to take her to the vets to get a stronger antobiotic eye cream which saved the eye in the end.
